I found the roomnice and neat, and the nearby parks like Windy Hill Park were perfect for a relaxing stroll just a short walk away. South of here, plenty of dining options, including Applebee's just a quick walk down the road, made grabbing a bite super convenient.

I liked the room with the whirlpool tub. A microwave oven, a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment were useful. This was a marvellous and peaceful location near to all the restaurants and shopping centers, and restaurants and shops.

the staff didn't clean my room one day and the staff was not amenable to switching my room to the first floor or close to the stairs. After the first and second night, I saw rooms were available.

The cleanliness could really use some serious attention!!! A better focus on maintaining the facilities would enhance guest comfort!!! Management should improve responsiveness to complaints for a more satisfying stay experience!!!

The staff was accommodating, we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Our kids loved the nearby park.
In my wife's opinion, the non-smoking room had a stale odor that was really off-putting. The cleaning could definitely improve, especially for families with children.

Room was clean. Furniture was dated but comfortable. The bathroom had a telephone!? The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Not enough outlets to charge multiple devices. The pool and the workout room were closed. The entry doors to the rooms were all on the exterior. Not a great safety feature.

Decent for a Short Stay
I stayed for a night and appreciated the friendly staff upon arrival. The location was great for my plans. Although the room could use an update, the pet-friendly policy is a plus for travelers with furry friends. I recommend bringing your own coffee, though!
